Bylaw Revision at Annual Meeting
At our annual meeting during the Excellence Awards, we will consider a bylaw revision. This has been a project of chapter president Evan Lemoine, CFE since the beginning on the board two years ago. It entailed understanding all of our processes, procedures, and policies, and making sure that our written policies and procedures agree with what we're doing. Our existing chapter bylaws were written in 1992 when we organized and didn't contemplate the growth of our membership or our capabilities as it relates to teleconference or electronic meetings.
